Who We Are

A routine visit to the doctor is really a visit with an entire team. Our team consists of our board certified medical Oncologist/Hematologist, a registration coordinator/medical assistant, rooming medical assistants, oncology nurses and our billing and precertification assistant .

Our registration co-coordinator and medical assistant is the first person you will see at our office. She/He will make sure we have all your updated information before you see the physician. They will also schedule any type of procedure that the physician may order.

Medical assistants are likely the first and last faces you’ll see during any medical appointment. Their job is a mix of traditional office work, answering phones and hands-on tasks such as taking vitals and making sure medical histories are accurately recorded.

Our oncology nurses, are there for your patients through one of the most challenging times of their lives. They help patients and their loved ones by caring, teaching, listening, and simply being present.

The precertification assistant is there to provide the insurance companies with the correct information, which allows procedures and chemotherapy bills to be paid. Support comprehensive coordination of medical services including billing questions and precertification of appropriate healthcare services.
